Brand New School has given their website a face down since last I saw it. I’m diggin the black and white simplicity. These guys and gals have got some serious names in their book. Check out this little ditty they did for a eyeglass outfit. It’s similar to the whole Jimmy Neutron feel, but much more growed up.

Solar
I just stumbled across this amazing animated short film called Solar. It’s really well put together with an incredibly unique style. I love the music that these guys used. It remined me very much of This Binary Universe by BT. The two guys that put it together also have pretty cool pages individually. I’m glad to see somebody putting such great quality short film work on a dedicated site like this.

Mute Math
I was fortunate enough to see these guys just last week at the House of Blues here in Orlando. Even after seeing their DVD, “Electronic Fun”, I was still blown away by their live performance. They are incredibly talented creators and entertainers. The song featured in the video above (Reset) is one of the best jam sessions I’ve ever heard in my life. The way things have a tendency to go around this neck of the woods, these guys will be everywhere in the next year. My brother introduced them to me in May, and already I’m surprised by how fast they’re gaining momentum.

Way Up North
So you’re cruising along, feeling pretty decent about yourself and your skills right? Then out of nowhere you stumble across North Kingdomin Sweden. They were labeled as one of the world’s “Hottest Digital Agencies Around” by Advertising Age. I found out about them a few years ago after following the trail of ne of the co-founders, Robert Lindstrom. He started Design Chapel which in and of itself hosts plenty of impressive work. Sweden… that’s where it’s at. Period.

The Next Small Thing… 37signals
There’s plenty of people to be jealous of out there for aspiring creators and entrepreneurs, but 37signals takes the cake. This group of just 7 people have over a million customers for their web based software that is incredibly simple yet astonishingly efficient. It’s just a matter of a few years before they are everywhere. I definitely recommend reading their story.
