Spending down time

The last few months have been interesting in that we spent a lot of time on video, doing three good size projects three weeks in a row - all out of town. A couple were for Amazon Kindle which we're anxiously waiting to see (they are doing the editing internally out in Seattle), and another will be finishing post here this week at our office.

But as a result, we're in a little bit of a lul now that the months of madness have passed. So deciding how to spend our down time is challenging. I've got a new site in the works for J House Studios, we're working on a couple new animation pieces and demo reels, I'm kicking the tires on a few side projects that seem pretty viable and working on our next client relationships all at the same time.

I've always said that "If only I had a month to work on business development..." Well, April is that month. And there's four of us capable of contributing. We shall see if I can put the money where my mouth is.
